Sometimes it can all seem like it's just too much. That the last thing that happened was all you could take.  "I've had all I can stands, I can't stands no more." as Popeye the sailorman says.

IT WON'T HAPPEN! No one is going to live life FOR YOU. Instead of moving YOU forward, they will step around you and go forward on their own.

 

I believe in you. You have what it takes to keep going! 

Resilience is all about letting go of what didn't happen and moving on to what you're going to try next to bring on your moment. Push past unhelpful emotions by reminding yourself that better emotions come to those who conquer their situations. Think about all the RIGHT moves you HAVE made. Get into some C's ... Communicate with someone you trust. Collaborate, collaboration is a key that opens lots of doors.

I like time to myself, but I hate feeling lonely.

I hear that soooooo much.

Some assume that you have to be alone to feel lonely.

FYI most feel loneliest in a crowded room. 

And, you can feel most alive in a room all by yourself.
