I found out that today is "Old Stuff" day.
So, if you're getting slowed down by "Old Stuff":
1. Write it on a sheet of paper. Just a one-word description will do.
2. If it is something you can do nothing about, wad it in a ball and pitch it in the trash.
3. If it needs tending to, tend to it.
4. If you have to give it time, put it on a shelf or in a box.
Afterward, sit quietly for 2 minutes. Then get back to what you needed to do. Be You!
