Time Tip Tuesday

Tip #1 : Once you've come home from your busy day, cleaned up, eaten your dinner (or what meal is next as work hours very), and had time to relax, sit down for 5 to 10 minutes and make a small list of important things you must accomplish the next day. It will effectively help you sleep better and helping you think clearer the next day. As well as refresh your memory in the morning.
